Memories of Laurie June Hill-Young
My baby sister, Laurie, was born in Oneonta on December 11, 1967. She is much loved by many, and will always be remembered and greatly missed by her little boy Dominic, as well as all of her friends and family. Laurie fought a long, courageous battle of cancer, but she always smiled and had a wonderful sense of humor. Her greatest joys of life, was her son Dominic. She also loved to sing karaoke, play with her minpin doggies, and have family barbeques. I know she is up in heaven singing to my pop playing his harmonicas :)

Another candle lit for you today sis. I can only imagine seeing you watching over Dominic and Cindy. You must be so proud seeing how Dominic has grown up into the wonderful Young man he is today. And seeing how Cindy has kept her promise to you and is the best mother to Dominic. She has done everything right with Dominic. We all love you and miss you ❤️. We will meet again sis. ❤️

We just lit another candle for your baby sis. Today marks 9 years since the day you went to heaven. It does not feel that long ago. Please do not worry, we know you are pain-free and in a happy place. Please know that one day we will be together again cranking up the tunes and singing to our favorite karaoke songs! I love you 😘

Missing you so much little sis….I think of you every day. I still ask myself why….. but I never get the answer. Your little boy Dominic is growing up so fast! He is 15 years old now. We sit and look at pictures and videos of you all the time. You’re always in our heart ❤️ we love you 😘

Sis, I think of you every day, and my heart misses you so much! We were so close and nothing can replace that... absolutely nothing. But one day we will be together again. We will be doing what we used to do… Singing, laughing and having fun. I love you.😘

I miss you so much sis. You must be so proud seeing Dominic growing up to such a wonderful young man and seeing how Cindy loves him so much and being such a wonderful mother to him. I can just see you looking over them and smiling with so much love and being so happy for them. We all love you and miss you so much. We'll meet again one day.

. Dominic is doing great, and growing up fast! He had a physical yesterday, He is now 5 foot 7 and weighs 116.9 pounds! We both think of you every day, and miss you more than ever! Our hearts will always be with you ❤️ We love you baby sis 😘
